St. Clair Plaza Court Apartments were constructed in 1984.  We offer a great place to live at an affordable price.  The picture to the right is before the purchase, and the picture below is after purchase with some renovation work completion.  We have come along way and keep improving all the time.  We have a property manager, on-site manager and maintenance so that tenants are attended to in a prompt professional manner.
