We are nestled on a dead end culdesac, but close to the post office, grocery store, bank, part store, laundromat and much more. All of our apartments furnish refridgerators and stoves, with water, sewer & trash is included with the rent. We have lawn maintenance and snow removal. We have on-site management and maintenance personnel, as well as laundry facility, playground and BBQ pits.

These apartments have a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. We require record checks for each adult ($40.00 ea),
once approved, St. Clair Building Inspector will inspect for the Occupancy permit. We do allow small cats and dogs (under 20 lbs), with an extra $25.00 per month on rent, ask for further details. We also offer a discount on rent ($15.00) if paid 5 days prior to the 1st of the month, without an outstanding balance. We require first months rent, last month rent, and fees/deposts paid in full prior to occupancy
